1 Introduction

10 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No part of the platform may be reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from BigWin88.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BigWin88, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
